Originally from India, I have been living in the Triangle area for 15 years now. I have BS degree in Biology and was looking to complete my masters when I started investing in real estate with my brother-in law. The process of buying a home of my own, even though a rental property, was very satisfying. That is when I decided to make real estate my profession to help others find their dream home.
Being on the other side of the fence, I understand the need for people to have great value and pride in their homes. I am always educating my self about the latest trends in the area including schools, crime, demographics, new constructions and upcoming communities.
I have been working with Richter Realty Inc. in the Triangle area and have helped many people buy and sell their homes with 100%satisfaction. I have also worked with Remax in the past. I specialize in residential homes including new construction, resales and investment properties. Some of the well known builders I have worked with are KB Homes, Beazer, Lennar Homes, K Hovanian, etc.
